“We lead our industry while others follow.”
Process testing and inspections are an extremely important part of our philosophy of building quality into our products and resolving problems before they occur.
"We improve today's standards to meet tomorrow's demands."
Each employee at Basic Carbide undergoes an intense and uniform training program to ensure that each job is done correctly. Starting in 2019, Basic Carbide teamed with CWCTC to assist students in finding a path for their future. By doing this, Basic Carbide stays current on all technology while students develop their skills, gain experience, and increase leadership skills.
Basic Carbide prioritizes safety in every aspect of our manufacturing process. All employees complete an extensive job-specific training program before entering the workforce. Every machine and process is evaluated with safety first and foremost before being brought online. We strive to remove potential hazards to our workers through engineering and design rather than relying on policies and procedures alone.
"We ensure our employees return home safely everyday."
