Training

Each employee at Basic Carbide goes through an intense and uniform training program to ensure that each job is done the right way the first time. Starting in 2019, Basic Carbide teamed with CWCTC to assist students in finding a path for their future. By doing this, Basic Carbide stays up to date on all technology while students develop their skills, gain experience, and increases leadership skills

Basic Carbide places safety as a top priority in every aspect of our manufacturing process. All employees complete an extensive job specific training program before entering the workforce. Every machine and process is evaluated with safety first and foremost before being brought online. We strive to remove any potential hazards to our workers by engineering and design rather than relying on policies and procedures alone
